Spanish Immersion for the whole family

At 蜜豆视频Spanish courses for children, your kids will study the Spanish language from various fun materials including videos, music and children鈥檚 Spanish books. This Spanish course is adapted to the age range of your children: Spanish courses for Kids (6 - 11 years) or Spanish courses for Teens (12 鈥� 16 years). If you have children under 6, they can be cared for during the afternoons with a nanny while the rest of the family is studying Spanish. Finally, we offer Spanish & Activity Camps during the summer.

Spanish for families includes a range of excursions for the weekends, catering for the age and level of your children. You can go hiking, visit Inca ruins or museums such as the Museo del Chocolate, or go to a farm in the Sacred Valley, where children can touch llamas or milk a cow. They can also join creative workshops to learn to play traditional Peruvian instruments, make jewellery or ceramics, learn about weaving or Peruvian cooking. Depending on their age, you can also go rafting, horse riding, or cycling. The train tour to Machu Picchu will be the highlight of the Peru trip for everyone.

We are happy to arrange your lodging too for the participants of Spanish for Families. There are different options, from renting an apartment or hotel to living with a Peruvian host family.

Spanish courses for Kids

Let your kids get an early start on the Spanish language! Learning Spanish in a Spanish-speaking country like Peru, where they can practice the language daily, is best.

Our Spanish for Kids Course in Peru includes plenty of fun activities to break up the learning. Children鈥檚 classes are bright and attractive. Songs, colouring-in, painting, music and videos are designed to entertain and educate. You will be surprised at their ability to pick up this language quickly.

Short 鈥榝ield trips鈥� like visiting a store, a square, or the local market are included with your permission. Not only will your kids learn Spanish, but they will live in Peru and see a different culture and interact directly with the friendly local people.

Spanish courses for Teens

The teenage years are an exciting, confusing and challenging time for young people. No longer, little kids, they aren鈥檛 quite adults and need specialized Spanish courses for Teens which recognize that they bore quickly with traditional, structured lessons.

At 蜜豆视频in Peru, there are plenty of challenging activities for the teen in our Spanish courses for Teens. They will join several excursions where they have opportunities to practice Spanish, and they will have the chance to meet other young local people of a similar age.

Spanish for Teens courses have fixed starting dates which coincide with the European and US summer school vacations. Parents have the option to take Spanish classes at a corresponding time with their children.

Spanish Camps for Teens

蜜豆视频also offer exciting Spanish camps for teens, where teenagers can enjoy spending time with others of their age, learning Spanish and learning about the local Peruvian culture. The camps are part of our Spanish For Families program and take place in the Sacred Valley near Cusco, Peru, or the Tambopata rainforest. There is a minimum number of participants requested to run the program

Why not have them participate in our two-week Teen Spanish & Activities Camp? Spanish & Activities Camp in Peru is an experience they will never forget!

Spanish and Activities Camp in the Sacred Valley

This camp is a great opportunity for teens interested in a new adventure including bonfires, rafting and hiking, cultural workshops and having fun while learning Spanish.

The Sacred Valley of the Incas is about one hour by bus from Cusco. The students will be totally immersed in Peruvian culture from the moment they arrive. The breathtaking scenery and the colorful dresses of the local people are extraordinary and they will start feeling the magic from the moment our camp leaders welcome them onto the campus. From this moment on, alongside four hours of Spanish classes daily, they will enjoy exciting sportive and cultural daily activities such as

• a hike to the nearby ruins of Pisac with a guided tour,
• an excursion to the salt mines,
• a salsa dancing class,
• a Peruvian cooking class,
• a music class,
• a bonfire and
• a day of river rafting.
• We will go to Cusco twice to visit Inca monuments and to do some additional shopping, and over the weekend we will visit the famous ruins of Machu Picchu.

Note: An arrival pack in Lima and transport (flight) to Cusco can be arranged for.

Spanish & Activities Camp in the Peruvian rainforest of Tambopata

Can you imagine a more exciting classroom than our camp lodge in the Peruvian Amazon? Did you ever imagine your children studying Spanish with jungle sounds in the background? This one-week camp is a unique opportunity to live and learn Spanish in the jungle while participating in fun and educational activities.

The students combine Spanish classes with exciting activities like

• a night walk searching for nocturnal animals,
• an exploration by foot and canoe,
• a bath in hot water springs,
• a search for caimans,
• a visit to Monkey Island
• A visit to a local community

A nature guide will be with us during the jungle activities and explain the wonders of the rainforest and the complex and interesting ecosystems.
