When you book volunteer work, we ask you to send us your Curriculum Vitae and a motivation letter; those documents are used to manage your volunteer placement. Finally, our financial administration and accountancy use the information they need to process payments and for our administration and tax purposes; according to law, we need to keep this information for seven years,

On certain pages of our website, you can contact us, make requests, or register to receive brochures or Spanish tests, or you can opt-in to our newsletter or register for webinars. The personal information collected on these pages is the first name, last name, email address, and by occasion, information about your Spanish level or motivation to learn Spanish.
